Can I place an order using check or money order?

Of Course! Please send a check or money order payable to “Star Sign” (our parent company) at: 1060 East Tabernacle Street, St. George, Utah 84770 . Include a note with the name of the product, and be sure to calculate shipping and tax (Utah customers only). Please contact us if you would like any assistance. Any order paid for by check will not ship until the check is cleared, which is approximately one week after the check is received.

Do you have a store where I can purchase or pickup items?

Yes, and we’d love to meet you! Deseret Awards is a division of Star Sign, Inc. We are a full-service commercial sign company which helps us be able to create such unique and interesting recognition products. Please come see us anytime Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We are located at 1060 East Tabernacle Street, St. St. George, Utah.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We do offer quantity discounts. Any piece that is duplicated with exactness qualifies for a discount. Many of our clients purchase a missionary plaque that is displayed at church then given to the recipient, then they also purchase one that the recipient’s family can proudly display at home for many years.

Do you have international shipping?

We regret that we currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us with any questions.

When will my order ship?

Most all orders ship within 5-7 business days. We will contact you if any delays arise. For other questions, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary according to location. For Standard US Mail shipping: 1-4 business days for Utah orders, 2-6 business days for Mountain State orders, 4-7 business days for Pacific State orders, 6-10 business days for Eastern State orders and 1-3 weeks for International orders. Can I track my order?

When we’ve finished hand crafting your piece we will send you a final receipt with the tracking information. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

At DeseretAwards.com we pride ourselves on our friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and our quality products. Because most of our products are personalized and created to your specifications they are not returnable. If there are problems with the craftsmanship or the item is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team about getting a replacement.

My plaque has a typo. What can I do?

Although they are rare, mistakes can happen. Our first step will be checking the information provided to us on the initial order. Please make sure the names are all spelled correctly as well as any other applicable information, etc. If the error was a fault of ours please contact us and we will get a replacement shipped. If the misspelling or typo was entered when the order was placed, we will offer a 20% discount on a replacement piece.
