At Deseret Awards, we believe in providing a simple fee, for a quality, secure delivery. Our shipping options, prices, and times are listed below. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available. Place your order on our website and select Local Pickup as your shipping method. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Our office location is 1060 E Tabernacle St, St George, UT 84770. Our pickup hours are M-F, 8:30am-5pm.
Alaska & Hawaii
Additional delivery fees apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. These additional shipping charges vary by weight and destination.
International Shipping
We regret that we currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us with any questions.

What is your return policy?
At DeseretAwards.com we pride ourselves on our friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and our quality products. Because most of our products are personalized and created to your specifications they are not returnable. If there are problems with the craftsmanship or the item is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team about getting a replacement.
My plaque has a typo. What can I do?
Although they are rare, mistakes can happen. Our first step will be checking the information provided to us on the initial order. Please make sure the names are all spelled correctly as well as any other applicable information, etc. If the error was a fault of ours please contact us and we will get a replacement shipped. If the misspelling or typo was entered when the order was placed, we will offer a 20% discount on a replacement piece.
